ABOUT US
Skylott was founded in 2011. The founders had a mutual interest in both real estate and investments, which had been the source of many conversations over the 15+ years they've known each other. They acquired their first property in 2011 and has been growing since then.
Today, Skylott owns and manages a portfolio of residential rental properties and home renovations.

Scott
Scott is a co-founder of Skylott and developed his initial interest in Real Estate by renting out his own personal home when he moved. Scott grew up in Tupelo, Mississippi but has lived in Atlanta since 2001. Scott attended the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!) where he obtained a Bachelors Degree in Commerce & Business Administration and a Masters Degree in Taxation.
Kyle
Kyle is a co-founder of Skylott and developed his initial interest in Real Estate by renting out his own personal home when he moved. Kyle grew up in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and moved to Atlanta since 2008. Kyle attended the Louisiana State University (Geaux Tigers!) where he obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing.
